Responsibilities:
– Participate in Global Program roll-out and influence the design of the process / programs to ensure it meets the requirements at the countries that we represent
– Generate Opportunities & work through transition of work. Lead the effort around work transitions
– Challenge status-quo and explore newer ways of doing things
– Identify and work through automation opportunities
– Build Business Requirement Documents & help translate the functional requirements into the format that would help our technical community understand them
– Drive Organisation wide initiatives and ensure the objectives are met
– Be the change agent and drive the change across the Organisation
– Build a strong relationship with the Global SMEs and drive Global Programs
– Innovative mindset
Requirements:
– First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
– Typically 8-10 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
– Experience in cross-functional areas, such as compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, or HRIT preferred.
– Strong HR Domain knowledge and a fair understanding of the different components of HR
– Thought Leader, who operates independently and navigate through complex projects with minimal guidance and/or intervention
– Strong Communication (oral & written) skills with ability to influence on key stakeholders. Should be familiar with creating executive presentations
– Strong MS Office Skills and a good understanding of the emerging HR Technologies & Processes. Workday, Salesforce, PowerBI would be added advantage
– Working with large volumes of data, interpretation , create insights & analysis of data to aid decision making
– Good Organisational skills to keep track of all open items and drive it to closure
– Experience working in diversified Global Teams
