Full job description:
SIVRA Inc is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will bridge management and employee relations, manage recruitment and selection processes, and support the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy.
• Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital.
• Monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Create and maintain an inclusive work environment that respects diversity.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
