Full job description:
Innovatily is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee performance management and recruitment processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in implementing effective performance management systems and driving recruitment initiatives to attract top talent. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen understanding of HR best practices, and should have worked in the IT software company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes. Collaborate with department heads to establish performance objectives and KPIs. Identify training and development needs based on performance assessments. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding performance management.
  2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract skilled and diverse candidates for open positions. Develop recruitment strategies and sourcing methods to meet hiring goals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  3. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Organize employee recognition programs and events to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on performance management and recruitment.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  6. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
  7. Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  8. Preferable experience in a software industry.
