Job Description:
As an HR Manager at SUNONIX INDIA PVT.LTD, you will oversee personnel records, manage payroll, and assist in the recruitment process. This role involves updating company policies, maintaining employee data, and handling various administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update the company database with new employee data (background, qualifications, skills, etc.).
  • Create and distribute documents outlining organizational policies.
  • Collect payroll information and manage employee benefit records.
  • Post and remove job ads on various platforms (job boards, social networks, etc.).
  • Schedule job interviews and serve as a point of contact for candidates.
  • Develop training materials and facilitate employee onboarding.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and vacation days.
  • Establish and maintain a filing system for company documents.
  • Coordinate in-house and external events.
  • Handle PF, ESI, PT, and statutory compliance matters.

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and employee benefits.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in payroll and HR roles.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (Preferred).
