• Attendance Management: Ensure accurate maintenance of employee attendance records to facilitate payroll processing and adherence to company policies.
• Labour Act Compliance: Maintain meticulous records in accordance with labor laws, ensuring the company’s practices align with legal requirements and standards.
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of showrooms and service centers to create a conducive and safe work environment for employees and visitors.
• Recruitment: Spearhead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.

At least 1 year of experience in payroll management.

Overall 2 years of work experience preferred.

License/Certification: Professional in Human Resources® certification preferred.
