Job Summary:

Sri Kauvery Medical Care is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. This role involves managing a wide range of HR functions including compliance, payroll management, and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of statutory compliance and experience in handling various HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance and Tax Management:

• Compute tax liabilities (Income Tax, GST, TDS).
• Match Form 26 AS figures with books of accounts.
• Handle compliance procedures, including legal standards and in-house policies.
• Audit compliance records regularly.

HR Operations:

• Monitor and execute HR operations like PF, ESIC, and labor law compliance.
• Coordinate with the operations panel to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Maintain knowledge in statutory compliance and internal audits.

Employee Onboarding and Administration:

• Generate and issue appointment orders on joining dates.
• Collect and process joining documents (PF nominations, ESI declarations, etc.).
• Ensure employee codes are generated and provided promptly.
• Enter new employee details into the HR system.
• Register employee fingerprints in the biometric system for attendance.
• Coordinate with administration for new employee needs (visiting cards, stationery, etc.).
• Assist new employees with opening bank accounts for salary credits.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-6 years in HR operations.
• Education: Master’s degree (preferred).
