Responsibilities:

Responsible for end to end recruitment process as per the budget plan.

Source candidates from various location

Coordinate job fairs and other initiatives of sourcing candidates.

Coordinate with various recruitment agencies and source candidates

Screen the right candidates

Coordinating interviews with various stake holders

Compensation management and negotiation

Processing of the offer letter

Maintaining Recruitment Database

processing appointment letter

Follow up with the offered candidates and helping them with joining formalities.

Processing piece work salary

Distribution of Pay slip

Piece work reconciliation report- factory and chennai workshop

Monitoring Daily attendance of the factory employees

Handling ESI and PF grievance for the factory and chennai workshop

Handling Factory compliance – making sure the factory is compliant

Factory licensing

Handling Industrial relations

Maintaining stator books

Chennai Workshop Visits

Generating reports required by the management

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience.

Candidates should know English, Hindi and Kannnada.

Candidates should hold a Masters degree in Social Work.
