Epitome Infotech Solutions Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Executive (Recruiter) responsible for recruitment, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, and background verification. The role involves experience in free portal access, joining formalities, documentation, coordination, onboarding process, administrative work including office and project support, and facility management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment processes including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
• Manage background verification procedures.
• Handle joining formalities and documentation.
• Coordinate with the project team for ID cards, tools, and project support.
• Manage office administration tasks including rest room, pantry, and garden maintenance.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting and total work experience of 3 years.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment processes and office administration.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
