Responsibilities:
Must be responsible for end to end recruitment
Track progress of how a team and a strategy to target the HR objectives are performing.
Research, develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees.
Analyze the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment processes
Requirements:
Certified HR professional with a specialization in human resources or people management
Proven hands-on experience with using digital HR tools and software
Complete understanding and familiarity with the Human resource management software and tools like application tracking systems, payroll management systems, and talent acquisition tools
Sound knowledge of state labor laws for HR
Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Excellent people management, mentorship and leadership skills
Proven experience in bringing out healthy employee relations
Sound knowledge of employee benefits and compensation plans
