Responsibilities

• 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR executive
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Must have experience in End-to-End Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compliance and Policy, HR analytics and reporting, Employee Engagement.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
