Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategies fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee morale.
• Design and execute programs and initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and motivation.
• Conduct surveys and collect feedback to assess employee engagement levels and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with managers and team leaders to address concerns and create action plans for boosting employee engagement.
• Organize events, workshops, and training sessions to promote team building and communication among employees.
• Monitor and analyze metrics related to employee engagement to track progress and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to employees seeking assistance or resources related to work-life balance, career development, or other concerns impacting engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement to continually refine and enhance strategies within the organization.

Requirements:

• Freshers
• Female only
• Proficiency in English, Tamil & Hindi preferred
• 1 year of HR experience preferred
