HR Executive Job Description: We are looking for an HR executive to handle our company’s recruiting, development, and learning management. Responsibilities include making referral programs, overseeing the hiring processes, and updating HR policies. Successful candidates must have considerable HR experience and knowledge of labor legislation.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Recognizing manpower needs.
• Creating job descriptions and advertising them on various platforms.
• Managing HR activities such as meetings, interviews, and schedules.
• Assisting in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.
• Managing employee orientation.
• Assessing training needs and coordinating training programs.
• Managing employee data.
• Overseeing daily HR department operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR executive or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HR processes.
• Experience with recruiting and its full cycle.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Leadership qualities and abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• MBA in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality/Healthcare industry.
