Job Responsibilities:

• Leads on end-to-end employee life cycle management, including recruitment processes, onboarding processes, performance conversations, and exit processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Placement Officers, including career services & Faculty.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the Candidate Data Bank, recruitment activities, and campus partnerships.
• Provides management with advice on talent attraction and skill requirements.
• Responsible for the development and management of the induction program.
• Leads and facilitates annual performance conversations between manager and staff.
• Drive HR analysis, workforce reporting, and process administration.
• Prepare the Employee Engagement Calendar & ensure activities as per the Employee Engagement annual calendar.
• Acts as a coach and trusted advisor to staff, managers, and the leadership team to constructively support leadership capabilities and positive workplace culture.
• Shared responsibility for ongoing well-being activities and identifying, and implementing health and wellbeing activities.
• Share responsibility for workplace grievance resolution processes.
• Conduct training/meetings periodically with the relevant department/functional areas.
