Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Support:
- Ensure optimal function of HR applications through customization, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to HR application users, resolving service requests promptly.
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and settings for HR application users.
- Ensure compliance of systems with data security and privacy requirements, conducting security audits and data audits as necessary.
- Develop and maintain system and process documentation, as well as internal training tools and process manuals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and create efficiencies through streamlining processes and maximizing HR application capabilities.
- Assist with system updates, enhancement projects, configuration, and testing, working closely with department leadership.
Data:
- Support all aspects of HR data requests, including data availability, feasibility, ad-hoc reports, and technical support.
- Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including HRIS, ATS, employee surveys, etc.
- Build, maintain, and support a variety of reports to support internal business needs and external queries and audits.
- Manipulate data in Microsoft Excel and summarize for different audiences.
- Ensure timely response to all data requests based on established service levels.
- Create standard or ad-hoc reports from HR applications to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- SHRM-CP or PHR highly desirable.
- At least three years of related HRIS/LMS/ATS experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of HR reporting, including EEO, VETS, AAP preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required; SharePoint preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience working with data and systems, preferably in a medium to large company.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Cornerstone, BizLibrary, Docusign a plus.
- At least three years of direct experience managing and analyzing data, including data mining, reporting, high-volume data processing.
