Full Job Description:

  • Administering and maintaining payroll.
  • Assisting in performance evaluation processes.
  • Facilitating onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with learning and development programs.
  • Planning, designing, and managing the company’s presence on social media platforms such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Developing and implementing sustainable employee engagement plans, including social initiatives like sports tournaments, competitions, hobby workshops, wellness activities, and fun activities.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders and employees.
  • Assisting in event celebrations by facilitating, monitoring, and tracking regularly.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining a database of employee engagement events and reports.
  • Administering the people dashboard and employee surveys to derive actionable insights for strengthening organizational culture.
  • Facilitating new hire onboarding, including pre-hire activities.
  • Coordinating onboarding, benefits/payroll administration, and compliance.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to track and manage payments and process expense reimbursements.
  • Creating and maintaining HR process documentation.
  • Managing electronic employee files with discretion and confidentiality to ensure compliance, accuracy, and data integrity.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 4+ years of work experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Willingness to work from the office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing data using Excel, Google Docs, etc.
  • Ability to navigate across different HR tools platforms.
  • Experience in team handling.
  • Startup experience would be advantageous.
  • Past experience in facilitating engagement programs for a large audience.
