Job Description:
Centerpoint Hypermarket is seeking an HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a focus on providing excellent administrative support to the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Process payroll and benefits administration
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and performance management
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information and assistance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
- Experience in [any specific industry knowledge or software proficiency required]
