Full Job Description:
Gemburg is seeking a skilled and organized HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities across the company to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Additionally, they will supervise administrative staff, manage appointments for upper management, handle correspondence, support bookkeeping procedures, maintain databases, and track office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policy.
- Supervise members of the administrative staff, dividing responsibilities to improve performance.
- Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management.
- Handle emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company.
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data.
- Track and replace office supplies to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
- Submit reports, prepare proposals, and presentations as needed.
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
- Manage file management project to project.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of experience in HR preferred, with a total of 2 years of overall work experience.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 – ₹26,000.00 per month
