Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and manage a comprehensive health and wellbeing framework aligned with university strategies.
Lead the development and delivery of evidence-based health and wellbeing initiatives and resources
Organize and oversee an annual calendar of wellbeing events, development of wellbeing resources, communication channels, and manage budget effectively.
Design and deliver systematic approaches to manage psychosocial hazards university-wide effectively.
Identify, assess, and mitigate psychosocial hazards affecting university staff.
Work with the Director HS&W to ensure that the priorities are aligned to the broader People & Culture strategy and road map and set and monitor the objectives.
Requirements:
A postgraduate qualification in fields such as (Psychology, Health Promotion, Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, Mental Health, Counseling or related disciplines) and extensive experience, or an equivalent combination of both.
Extensive experience in managing psychological health and safety, ideally within a university or comparable setting.
