Job Description:
Morgan Stanley is seeking a HCM Operations Analyst to join the HR Solutions team. This role involves operational support across the Talent & Compliance team, focusing on business change, risk management, SLA adherence, and regulatory initiatives. The Analyst will work on process details, transition execution, compliance audits, employee referral payments, and other HR operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational activities within agreed timelines with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Handle escalations and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through audits and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR partners and vendors for system configurations and mass uploads.
• Identify process issues and propose solutions for improvement.
• Prioritize assigned work in coordination with the team lead.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a bachelor’s degree.
• Operational experience and familiarity with HR systems.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and propose solutions.
• Knowledge of Workday, Business Objects, HR onboarding applications, and DocuSign is advantageous.
• Experience with HR reporting and data analysis is a plus.
