Full Job Description:
Logikal.ai is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in user-centric design, graphic user interface design, prototyping, and visualization.

Responsibilities:

1. User-Centric Design:
   • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
   • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
2. Graphic User Interface Design:
   • Design graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and logos.
   • Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
3. Prototyping and Visualization:
   • Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate the functionality and appearance of sites.
   • Create original graphic designs, such as images, sketches, tables, and additional multimedia content.
4. Presentation and Collaboration:
   • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
   • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
5. Troubleshooting and Adjustment:
   • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness.
   • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
6. Design Standards:
   • Adhere to style standards regarding fonts, colors, images, and branding consistency.
7. Multimedia Expertise:
   • Experience in designing logos and maintaining a consistent brand image.
   • Ability to create websites from scratch, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually appealing design.
8. Storyboard Creation:
   • Develop product-related storyboard screens to effectively communicate design concepts.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a graphic designer in the IT sector or any other technical sector preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including web/mobile applications, logos, brochure designs, and websites.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Design or a relevant field.

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience: CSS: 1 year (Preferred), total work: 1 year (Preferred), Design: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
