Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of a variety of HR programmes proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks.
• Provide oversight to how HR initiatives align to the HR/ Business Strategy and relevant global/ country business/functional People Plans
• Be responsible for effective programme controls and procedures within each project.
• Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to the relevant governance forum making recommendations and influencing decision making to ensure progress towards delivery of programmes

Requirements

• Have a track record of successful delivery of transformation, organisation design/structure, value stream and customer journey projects from design through to execution.
• Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate the complexities of a global, matrix organisation across multiple geographies.
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills, and able to communicate effectively to a varied stakeholder group.
