  • Greet and extend a warm welcome to visitors upon their arrival at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or office area.
  • Handle incoming phone calls by promptly answering, screening, and forwarding calls to the appropriate recipients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring it is presentable and equipped with necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and callers, both in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Monitor and replenish front office supplies, maintaining adequate inventory levels.
  • Update and manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for visitors when necessary.
  • Maintain records of office expenses and assist in expense management tasks.
  • Perform routine administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.


  • Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
