Job Description:

Ed’s Easy Diner in Birmingham is seeking a part-time Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in our American diner atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job.
