Position Overview: UNIVMARSOL OPC PVT LTD is seeking motivated Field Sales Executives for their dental lab industry in Mangalore. This role requires active engagement with prospective clients to establish and expand business links. A total of 10 vacancies are available, and candidates must have a bike for transportation (allowance reimbursement provided).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/service.
• Setting up meetings with prospective clients.
• Presenting product/service demonstrations to clients.
• Establishing new business links.
• Sales reporting and performance review.
• Conducting market research to identify gaps, opportunities, and needs.
• Collaborating within teams to achieve better results.
• Collecting feedback from customers and sharing it with support teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Any graduate (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (average), Kannada (local), Tulu (local), Tamil, Malayalam.
• Experience: Fresher or prior sales experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Strong learning ability and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driving license and a bike for transportation.
