Full job description:
As an Experience Web Designer at Electronic Arts, you’ll play a pivotal role in envisioning digital and live experiences for players, game creation, recruitment, publishing, and employees. Reporting to the Design Manager for Player Experience, you’ll utilize user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution. Note that this role is not within a game studio design context.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and partners to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Develop wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate user experiences.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to refine systems based on user feedback and requirements.
• Identify future opportunities for product improvement and development.

Requirements:

• Experience in delivering exceptional design throughout the release cycle.
• Proficiency in developing and customizing design systems.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• A portfolio showcasing design excellence in both web and mobile contexts (B2B/B2C) spanning at least 3 years.
