Job Description:

Job Objective: Execute centralized sourcing, screening, interview, and offer coordination for positions in HCCB, through internal and external channels, delivering results as per SLA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and initial screening for all staff positions.
  • Functional interview scheduling, coordination with hiring managers, closure of interviews, consolidation of interview feedback forms.
  • Offer fitment and recommendation for staff positions.
  • Coordination and closure with candidates on offer acceptance and joining date confirmations.
  • Internal Job Posting (IJP) communication, screening, scheduling for functional assessment, coordination for transfers of selected associates.
  • Assessment center facilitation along with Zonal HR heads, HRBPs.
  • Track and maintain the status of every stage in the candidate selection process and achieve results as per SLA.
  • Execute sourcing from job portals, search consultants, company job-site database.
  • Maintain and update the employee referral database.
  • Responsible for candidate data accuracy and execute smooth handshake of information to the HRO team of HR BSS.
  • Coordination for search partner and job-portal agreement renewals, purchase requisitions, and invoice receipt and processing of payments.
  • Execution of Shared services transition activities and Recruitment Management System deployment as per project deliverables.

Job Requirement:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate qualification in HR from a reputed and recognized Institute/university.

Minimum Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure in Talent acquisition.

Critical:

  • Knowledge of HCCB’s organization structure and key job competencies.
  • Knowledge of HCCB’s rewards framework, pay scales, and quartile positions.
  • Knowledge of functional skill requirements to ensure the right sourcing.
