Full Job Description:

Tamilnad Kidney Research Foundation (TANKER) is a non-profit charitable trust aimed at providing subsidized dialysis, financial assistance for transplantation, and medication for the underprivileged with kidney disease. The foundation also conducts awareness programs and screening camps for early detection of kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Manage employee queries
• Prepare HR documents
• Resolve employee queries related to HR processes and administration
• Create periodic reports on employee engagement, attrition, hiring, and professional development
• Update the employee database
• Implement HR policies and work with managers to ensure enforcement
• Oversee attendance
• Assist in the recruitment process
• Facilitate training and performance management
• Manage staff welfare
• Facilitate employee onboarding

Requirements:

• Education: Any UG or PG degree (Bachelor’s required)
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years in HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ethical approach with integrity
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Record-keeping skills
