Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Exito’s triggered and transactional email program, including Flagship Events & Customized Events.
• Develop, manage, and create a strong testing strategy for continuous improvement of all triggered campaigns.
• Develop, manage, and create re-engagement series for optimum conversion of un-engaged subscribers.
• Collaborate with copy and design teams on creative execution of offers.
• Analyze email metrics to improve conversion and plan future strategies.
• Manage and execute the testing process through our email service provider.
• Ensure compliance with direct marketing and email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Develop, manage, and create drip campaigns for emailers.
• Manage lists and accounts in CRM.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 0.5 – 1 year of Email Marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical analysis of results and strategic planning.
• Experience working with an email service provider platform required.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, creative individual.
• Expert written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to shift gears in a fast-paced environment are a must.
