Job Description: Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation programs, documentation, and initial training.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive working environment by organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a culture of open communication.
- Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes.
- Provide support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Identify and address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and leave management.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data in HRIS and other HR systems.
- Develop and implement HR operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Manage HR budgets and track HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR operations.
- Support organizational change initiatives and help to manage transitions effectively.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Manage employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
