Job Description: Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation programs, documentation, and initial training.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Foster a positive working environment by organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a culture of open communication.
  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes.
  • Provide support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Identify and address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data in HRIS and other HR systems.
  • Develop and implement HR operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Manage HR budgets and track HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR operations.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and help to manage transitions effectively.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
