Job Description: Child Development Center is seeking a motivated Junior Female Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our esteemed doctor. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the doctor’s schedule, handling correspondence, maintaining patient records, and coordinating appointments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the doctor’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the doctor.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist in managing the doctor’s office, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, patients, and administrative staff as needed.
- Provide administrative support during medical procedures and consultations.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Uphold professional standards and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
