Full job description:

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships.
• Experience or willingness to develop relationships and market products within the community.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications.
• Motivation to sell in a multi-product environment with a focus on cross-selling and customer retention.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Property/Casualty license preferred but not required; ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire.
• High level of initiative, drive, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Passion, autonomy, and self-motivation.

This role provides the opportunity for motivated individuals to gain industry experience while preparing to become a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent. Paid training is provided to assist trainees in obtaining state licenses. Once licensed, responsibilities include marketing and servicing National General Insurance products to new and existing customers, both in-office and through outreach efforts.

Compensation:
The average annualized Total Cash Compensation in 2022 was $xx, including an hourly base and monthly performance-based incentives. The average monthly incentive payout for 2022 was $400.
