Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Oversee retail sales on various channels, with a focus on E-commerce.
  • Monitor account health, pricing, cataloguing, and marketing performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive account performance.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand selection and sales within key accounts.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze sales and performance data to provide insights for optimizing key account performance.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics and achievements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute key account initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to address issues and drive collaborative solutions.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate terms with key accounts to maximize profitability and ensure mutual success.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in key account management within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • E-Commerce: 2 years (Preferred)
