We are looking for Driver and maintenance assistant for DAZ Facilities .Needed for Driving and handyman duties during the day . Should be willing and able to ad-hoc maintenance work in other properties of our company and work under and report to the Property Management Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • 4 Wheeler and 2 wheeler driving.
  • Attending to Day-to-Day chores at the office and the business owners personal requirements.
  • Land/Building Maintenance related activities. Rent Collection Reminders. Arranging Civil, Electrical, Carpentry, Transport and other service personnel and coordinating with them.
  • Flexibility to work schedule and mindset

    • Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license for both 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler vehicles
  • 2 wheeler
  • Smartphone and use Whatsapp and Gpay

    • Benefits:
    Up to ₹18,000.00 per month Will be increased up to ₹20000 upon 3 months of satisfactory Job performance.
