Full Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with event goals and target audience preferences.
  2. Content Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging content for various digital channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
  3. Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive event registrations, ticket sales, and engagement through SEO, PPC, social media, and other online platforms.
  4. Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create compelling posts, and interact with the audience to increase event visibility and engagement.
  5. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows to nurture leads and maintain attendee engagement.
  6. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies based on insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including event planners, designers, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and messaging.
  8. Brand Management: Uphold brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials and communications.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the events industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
