Responsibilities:
Analyze large data sets to gain insights and identify trends to support strategic decision-making.
Create BI Dashboards for each department and maintain, analyze and provide insights on the data from them.
Maintain these reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Assist department leads with the implementation of new software and the transfer of data between software platforms and databases.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Creating reports in Excel and Power BI and providing insights to leadership.
Support in capacity planning for department requirements.
Implement data collection and management strategies to optimize operations.
Support end-users to understand their system reporting capabilities, available data, and any report/analysis produced
Drive transformative change
Explore new sources of data; communicate and present insight opportunities to business teams across the organization

Requirements:
Educational background in Mathematics, Business or Data Science
2+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in high-growth SaaS environment
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, ideally PowerBI.
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
