Job Description:
Valenta BPO is seeking experienced Data Analysts to join our team. The role involves utilizing technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques to support various business objectives. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with users to formulate business and system requirements, manipulate and analyze complex data, and provide valuable insights through data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business objectives and work with users to formulate business and system requirements.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, multidimensional data from varying sources.
• Challenge the status quo through innovative data-driven solutions to address key business requirements.
• Collaborate with ETL development teams to design and maintain data processes.
• Develop and maintain data visualization views and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Provide insights on business performance and produce ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
• Communicate effectively, present findings, and demonstrate a can-do attitude and innovative spirit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field (BE/B.Tech preferred).
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Data Science.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake Data Warehouse, Expert SQL, and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic finance concepts for services companies.
