Role and Responsibility:
- Experience: 2-4 years in handling Customer and Sales function in the retail sector, preferably luxury segment.
- Work Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore
- Rounds Of Interview: 2 rounds of F2F Interview
- Shift: General Shift
- Industry: Indian jewelry
Responsibilities:
- Support to develop business through online or offline (leads conversion).
- Adherence to service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Monitor on-time delivery of products purchased by online customers.
- Achieve the online sales target assigned.
- Verify all the online sales transactions (Transaction paid/ Fraud alert).
- Maintain focus on customer experience throughout interactions.
- Attend customer inquiries through phone, email, or social media and maintain excellence in customer support.
- Follow up with customers on inquiries.
- Re-reach out to customers for new updates and follow up for further business development.
- Collect testimonials from customers.
- Coordinate with CSM for customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
