About the Company: Right4Paws ( is on a mission towards the holistic well-being of pets. Right4Paws brand is owned by Pet Prakalp India Pvt Ltd. The company is a manufacturer and marketer and has launched its pet food and pet wellness products. The products are first of its kind in India and would define new categories in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review leads generated and prepare a tele-calling plan.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Create awareness and promotion of Right4Paws range of pet food and wellness products to pet parents over the call.
  • Engage with the target audience including pet parents, breeders, doctors, influencers, etc., and explain how to use and features of using Right4Paws range of food and wellness products.
  • Convert leads to sales and coordinate with the sales team to complete the sale process.
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and provide quality service.
  • Record and document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM.
  • Maintain a Daily, Weekly & Monthly call report.
  • Answer customer queries on the product and provide necessary clarifications.
  • Upscale customers.
  • Follow-up calls as per guidelines and plans.
  • Manage escalation and addressing the same to the concerned person.
  • Provide regular reports to the management on the voice of the customer, key customer insights, trends, and issues.

Key Competencies:

  • Love for pets and empathy towards them is a must for the job.
  • Good communication skills, fluency in English and any two regional languages (Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada).
  • Good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for driving outcomes.
  • Experience within the pet industry or knowledge about animals and animal care is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Customer service software and databases.
  • A mindset to not simply ‘manage’ customers but to delight them. We need customer champions.
  • A highly driven self-starter, with very strong ownership of their work.


Any graduate or post-graduate with 0-3 years of experience. Previous experience in CRM or customer service roles would be an advantage.

Cost to Company:

  • Fixed cost of Rs 300,000 per annum.
  • Annual incentive based on performance.
