Job Summary:
EAZYMED TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking Customer Support Executives (CSE) to provide post-order assistance to customers via telephone and chat channels. As a CSE, you will represent the brand of MrMed and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for order tracking and provide post-sales support to customers via calls and chats.
  • Resolve pre-dispatch and post-dispatch issues such as dispatch delays, product non-availability, delivery status, order tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls to update customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to team leads or senior management.

Required Skills/Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (prior experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in voice/semi-voice process in a non-IT role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Hindi is a plus).
  • Proficiency in computer and internet applications, basic Excel skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with care.
  • Candidate should be comfortable working from the office in T. Nagar, Chennai.

Note: Only candidates based in Chennai will be considered for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
