Job Description:
Legacy TVS is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with products and services. Responsibilities include handling queries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for superior customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preference: Candidates from Kannur are preferred.
