Job Description:

KVR Dream Vehicles Pvt Ltd is seeking a Customer Advisor – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least Plus Two or Degree qualification and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in making informed decisions about vehicle purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer requirements and preferences.
• Provide information about available vehicles, features, and pricing.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements:

• Education: Plus Two/ Degree
• Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can also apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Cherupuzha, Kannur, Kerala
