Job Summary:
Kimberly-Clark’s HR Digital Technologies team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join as a Workday HCM Analyst and Product Owner. In this role, you will manage the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, serve as the product owner for the Core HR area, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and configure Workday HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage configuration, maintenance, and support of the Workday HCM system.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to maintain backlog, prioritize work, and design solutions meeting business needs.
• Serve as the product owner for the Core HR product team, including HCM, HR analytics, and security.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Configure Workday HCM to meet business requirements.
• Provide guidance and technical support for escalated Workday-related issues.
• Stay updated with Workday releases and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Workday HCM.
• Proficiency in Workday configuration, business process setup, security, and custom reports.
• Experience in application delivery, relationship management, delivering results, and strong communication/collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a complex, global organization and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment across cultures and time zones.
