Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, and interactive simulations.
• Create clear, concise, and engaging learning content that aligns with instructional goals and objectives.
• Conduct basic needs assessments to identify learning requirements.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and technical skills.
• Experience with writing or AI tools (e.g., Grammarly, ChatGPT).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Computer Science preferred).
• Masters in Computer Applications.
• Masters in Business Administration (Finance, HR preferred).
