Job Title: Clinical Care Process Executive, Medical Coding Jobs in Chennai

Shift Timing:

• Shift 1: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Shift 2: 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Typing Skills: Minimum 30 words per minute (wpm)
• Fresh graduates with a degree in Life Science, Bio-Tech, Zoology, or related fields.

Work Environment: Office-based only

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care management services to patients in primary care practice.
• Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and educate patients and families on health-related topics.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Document patient encounters and care plans meticulously.
