  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to process improvements and share customer feedback with management.

    • Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor Degree Preferred

  • Max Age Limit 28 and Maximum experience upto 3 years
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
