Cyber Success, a leading IT training institute, is seeking a Client Acquisition Executive to join their team. The role involves sourcing and securing job placement opportunities for students who have completed IT courses. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with IT companies, gathering client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and providing regular reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Identification and Engagement: Identify and engage with IT companies, build a network of potential clients, and visit companies.
• Requirements Gathering: Understand client requirements for IT positions and collect job specifications and technical skill requirements.
• Candidate Sourcing: Work with the internal placement team to identify suitable candidates and match them with client requirements.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, act as a liaison between clients and the placement team.
• Market Research and Reporting: Stay updated with industry trends, provide regular reports to management on client acquisition efforts and outcomes.

Additional Information:

• Full-time position based at Cyber Success, Pune.
• Contract length: 15 months
• Reporting directly to the appropriate management position.
