As a Capital Markets Product Manager at Barclays, you’ll play a crucial role in the Investment Services, Platforms & Product Management (ISP) team, focusing on enhancing the global Capital Markets & Structured Product Platforms. This role involves driving efficiencies, strengthening control environments, and enabling scalability to support commercial growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial projects, collaborating with stakeholders until completion
  • Act as the main point of contact for key infrastructure partners
  • Strengthen the governance framework for Capital Markets & Structured Products
  • Oversee local desk procedures, enhance processes, and lead incident responses
  • Coordinate implementation of regulatory changes and liaise with Legal/Risk/Compliance
  • Produce and analyze Management Information related to the businesses

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering regulatory and commercial change in complex environments
  • Excellent social skills and ability to build positive relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • Organized and disciplined with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of the operational framework for Structured Products
  • Familiarity with global regulatory environments for Structured Products
  • Previous experience in Capital Markets/Structured Products within Private Banking/Wealth Management
