Responsibilities:
Ability to create, launch and optimize digital campaigns using Ads Manager, Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
Run A/B testing to measure the right results and optimize the campaign deliverable
Proven track record of successfully devising and executing creative online strategies and growing social media channels
Creating multiple ad campaigns across multiple advertising channels.
Peer work review and ensuring strict QC standards are met in own projects.
Continuously track the progress of the campaign, measure the effectiveness of every activity, and report the progress on a regular basis to key stakeholders.
Campaign creative recommendations on the basis of previous campaign performances.
Take responsibility and accountability for assigned campaigns, managing all communication and tasks
Measure and report the performance of all campaigns and assess against goals
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on them
Perform creative analysis and ensure that all advertisement placements are top-performing
Requirements:
3+ years of proven working experience in digital paid ad campaigns mainly Google Ads
In-depth experience with Google, social media, native, and other advertising products.
Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS.
Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of social media metrics, conversion funnels, and the ability to link results with specific elements of a broader campaign
