About the Company:
JOBS N TA HR Services is currently seeking a BUSINESS MENTOR for the Agency Channel in Mangalore, Karnataka.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance Agents/Advisors/Managers to create business opportunities.
- Achieve business targets through agents/Managers.
- Assist insurance managers/advisors in sales calls for sales conversion.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance sales and management preferred.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work towards and achieve business targets.
Benefits:
